Elbex Video Ltd. Was established in Tokyo Japan in 1974 by inventor/entrepreneur David Elberbaum. The company has a multi-national presence in the CCTV and security industries as well as a worldwide distribution and support system for Video Interphone. Elbex Video Ltd. Corporate Profile.
Graystone Systems Ltd. was founded by Ruben and Lorraine Furcayg in Yonkers, New York in 1977. The company successfully established a significant presence in the tri-state intercom market, developing a highly recognized brand within the low voltage industry.
The two companies, who had worked together amicably for years, recognized an opportunity to benefit from one another and in 1988 a mutually positive acquisition created Elbex America (NY) Inc. This new company served as the hub for growth along the eastern seaboard of the United States from New England to Florida and West to the Mississippi River. Today Elbex NY provides factory sales and support, architectural and engineering consultation and end user services for the eastern United States.

Our mission at Elbex has been and still is to provide the highest quality products in the intercom and security markets, while continually striving to provide an exceptional experience for every Elbex user, every time. We do this with a three point plan of execution;
1) Affording end users our undivided attention during the design phase of a system
2) Creating, maintaining and supporting a dealer/distributor network compiled of professional experts with an unparalleled record of customer satisfaction
3) Staying actively involved with clients and our dealers during and after the project, and using what we learn during each project to improve and grow our technology and our techniques
Elbex Video Ltd., the parent company of Elbex, has historically been an industry leader in innovation. From the first patented dome camera to the first IP networkable video interphone, Elbex Video Ltd. is known throughout the security and intercom market as a groundbreaking pacesetter. With New York City (arguably the residential intercom capital of the world) situated within our territory, Elbex has been the proving ground for the most pioneering technologies in security and intercom over the last two decades. Our Graystone line of audio intercom and Elbex CCTV equipment can be found in thousands of apartment buildings, businesses, commercial and industrial spaces and secure facilities throughout ever major city in the world (hundreds of buildings in the five boroughs alone!). Elbex PTZ, All-Weather and Traffic Cameras are currently in use at government facilities, correctional institutions, military and commercial airline facilities and high-endurance marine applications throughout the world. Our digital video interphone system can be found in some of the most prestigious buildings in New York City (see notable projects), as well as the NYC Stuyvesant Town Peter Cooper Village project-the largest and most ambitious single intercom system ever created.
